(For Courses, Seminars and Continuing Education Programs)
PALMS CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE (Est. 2003), hereinafter referred to as “the College,” provides professional chiropractic education, seminars, and postgraduate continuing education programs for healthcare professionals.
By enrolling in any program, seminar, or training course offered by the College, the participant (hereinafter referred to as “the Student”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Students participating in chiropractic practical training are required to maintain valid professional liability insurance or equivalent personal liability coverage.
The Student understands that chiropractic education includes hands-on practice and manual procedures. The Student accepts full responsibility for maintaining adequate insurance coverage during participation in College programs.
Chiropractic training includes physical practice of adjusting techniques and manual procedures.
By participating in these activities, the Student acknowledges that:
• Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Student’s own risk
• Chiropractic techniques involve physical contact and manual procedures
• Minor or serious injury may occur during practice sessions
The Student voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in practical training.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Student agrees that:
PALMS CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE, its instructors, representatives, affiliates, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in training programs, seminars, or educational activities.
This includes but is not limited to:
• injuries occurring during practical training
• accidents between participants
• personal health conditions aggravated during training
• any indirect or consequential damages
Students participate entirely at their own responsibility.
Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment.
The following activities are strictly prohibited during any College program:
Students shall not engage in:
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing promotion
• Self-development or commercial motivational program recruitment
• Investment promotion or financial product solicitation
• Political organization promotion or campaigning
• Religious organization recruitment
• Aggressive product sales or commercial solicitation
Any conduct that disrupts the learning environment or causes discomfort to other participants is prohibited.
If the College receives complaints regarding inappropriate conduct by a Student — including conduct occurring outside the classroom — the College reserves the right to terminate participation without refund.
To maintain a professional educational environment, Students must follow these rules:
• Students should not enter the classroom earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Photos or videos of practical training sessions may be used only for personal study purposes
• Photography or video recording during lecture sessions is strictly prohibited
• Publishing photos or videos without permission is prohibited
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of educational materials is strictly prohibited
All course materials are the intellectual property of the College.
The College shall not be responsible for:
• disputes between participants
• injuries occurring between students during practice sessions
• personal agreements or transactions between participants
Students are responsible for their own conduct and interactions with others.
All tuition payments are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
Students are advised to carefully review program details prior to registration.
The College reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses under the following circumstances:
• minimum enrollment requirements are not met
• instructor illness or emergency
• natural disasters or force majeure
• circumstances beyond the College’s reasonable control
In such cases, the College will attempt to reschedule the program.
All course materials, lectures, training methods, and educational content provided by the College are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.
PALMS CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE reserves the right to refuse enrollment or terminate participation of any Student who violates these policies or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate for a professional educational environment.
Termination of participation does not entitle the Student to any refund.
By enrolling in any course, seminar, or training program offered by PALMS CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and conditions.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
